With over 10 years of rental and marketing experience, Lydia recently obtained her Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) license and is also a Realtor, a member of the National Association of Realtors.

With Lydia's attention to detail and entrepreneurship, sales and marketing are a natural fit for her. Her technology skills help to keep her on the cutting edge of creative marketing in the ever changing market place.

With her positive outlook and energetic personality, she is multi - skilled, loves the challenge of matching buyers and sellers and prides herself on individualized attention to client needs throughout the buying/selling process.

Lydia owns a Vacation Rental and management business and has a dedicated and loyal clientele with whom she shares her love and intimate knowledge of the Abacos. This has created a multiplier effect of many referrals over the years.

Born on Man O War Cay, a small outer cay of The Abacos, Lydia is a ninth generation Abaconian and can trace her roots back to the early Loyalists who settled the Abacos in the late 1700's coming from England by way of the Carolinas. The descendants of Abaco, Man O War in particular, are known to be honest and hard working, with unsurpassed loyalty and commitment to family and friends. These qualities are still the backbone of Abaco today and Lydia is proud to be Abaconian.

Married to Mike Bodamer a computer specialist from Pennsylvania they own a computer store in Marsh Harbour, Great Abaco and also reside in Marsh Harbour.

Lydia enjoys traveling and has done mission work in Central America. Her current interests include helping in children's ministries, fishing, camping, snorkeling , sailing and reading.
